8 Cool New Products and 5 New Technologies that will Change AV Forever
Keynote Address
Location: Main Stage
1 CTS
There are two things you can say about a Gary Kayye Keynote. First, he’s entertaining. Second, He’s been right in predicting tech trends for more than two decades – many of them he first debuted with us during former E4 Experiences, too. But, for 2023, he’s going to do something different. In addition to talking about five tech trends we all need to watch in 2023, he’s going to dissect eight new products and tell you why they are significant and why you should be integrating them into virtually every system you design and build.
Who makes these products and why does he think they are game-changers? Well, at this year’s E4 Experience, you’ll want to arrive early and grab a front-row seat when his keynote starts as some of the products he will demo for you, live, on stage. And, he’ll even allow you to participate – that means agree OR disagree!
The E4 Experiences’ first-ever, interactive keynote will leave you not only excited to hit the show floor and see each of the products in action but, the five tech trends will drive profitability and innovation in the AV, UCC and Digital Signage industries for the rest of 2023 and well in 2024!

Next Generation Workspaces Post-Covid
Location: Training Room II
1 CTS
COVID-19 will not only change the way we work, it will change how we interact with people and physical objects. The whole world is asking a fundamental question “what is the future of work?” As a new hybrid working emerges, many are questioning the role workplaces will play in the emerging ecosystem of hybrid work. And now that many have returned to the shared spaces, we need to prepare for the next phase of our work evolution. We not only have to rethink the way we engage with the space, but how we interact with each other. A new social dynamic will be created with potential for unease, increased anxiety and conflict. Adding that to the fact that 70% of companies are looking to enable hybrid work, we need to prepare for the challenges that lie ahead. Join us as we share lessons learned, research findings and insights.

The MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) Effect
Location: Training Room 1
1 CTS
During the pandemic, Zoom was all the rage. But in 2022, Microsoft leap-frogged Zoom with a redesigned Teams to become THE preferred UCC platform for the corporation. Now, they’ve added the ultimate hybrid feature in Teams Rooms Front Row. But this requires 21:9 or 32:9 displays. So, what’s out there? Who can accommodate MS Teams Front Row, and what other factors do you need to consider when designing a room with them? This session from Gary Kayye covers all of this and is the industry’s first session to address how 21:9 can be transformative in room design!
