What is the E4 Experience?
The E4 Experience is well-known throughout the AV industry as the most valuable, free, one-day traveling education, training and product showcase for Pro AV resellers, integrators, consultants and their end users. We were honored with a 2023, SCN Stellar Service Award and 2023 Commercial Integrator BEST and Quest For Quality awards.
Submission Guidelines
Exertis Almo is seeking relevant to the AV industry and its communities. When submitting topic(s), speakers should keep in mind that E4 Experience attendees should walk away with practical business and/or technical skills to build their business.
- Exertis Almo reserves the right to request changes to the session scope and format to ensure the balance of the education program.
- All sessions must be AVIXA CTS certified. If they are not, Exertis Almo may assist with the certification but an additional fee, paid to AVIXA, may apply.
- Only unbiased, non-proprietary presentations will be considered. Using the education program as a platform for promotion of products and services is not allowed.
- Note for Suppliers: If you are an industry supplier submitting a proposal, you will not be considered unless you are a contracted E4 Experience 2024 exhibitor. There may be as sponsorship fee for suppliers to present at the event. Certification presentations will be given special consideration.
